Teaching Philosophy
As a future educator, my mission is to lead others to be more than they ever thought they could be, and to encourage them in the discovery of their value and their talents. I firmly believe that all children have the ability to learn, no matter how long it may take them to grasp a certain subject or content. It does not matter if there is any deficiency in their learning; what matters is that they have the capacity to learn. It is the job of the teacher to make sure that their students enter into a welcoming environment that is enthusiastic about fostering their learning. I will be adamant about inclusion within my classroom. I am passionate about working with children of varying abilities, and believe that every student has the capability to bring something different to the classroom that can benefit their own learning, as well of the learning of their peers.
